We used Wiltshire Windows to install a new composite front door, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. From start to finish, the service was excellent. We had double glazing, front door, fascia, soffits, guttering and the Tudor effect timbers replaced and capped.
All the work was completed to a very high standard. The installers were very friendly and everything was left very tidy.
Everyone I had dealings with within this company were very professional, polite and went out their way to be helpful.
They arrived on the date they said they would, and did a superb job, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Further to the above review, recently, an overly vigorous delivery person managed to break the letter box flap off the front door. This was a couple of years after the we'd had the front door and windows replaced.

As the letter box was broken by heavy handedness, rather than any manufacturing fault, I tried to locate a replacement myself, without any luck.

I contacted Wiltshire Windows asking if they could advise as to where I could get a replacement.  Jason replied that he would contact the supplier of the door in order to get a replacement and arrange to fit it. A couple of days later, I had a call from Wiltshire Windows to arrange when they could fit the replacement letter box. They turned up, on time, replaced the letter box - with absolutely no charge!

The people from wiltshire windows have been  amazing from start to finish. The talked through the whole process with me as to what will happen and when and answered  any questions I had even the small annoying ones. The team turned up on time, scaffolding went up quickly and the roof was off in the morning, and the new roof was 90% erected on the first day and completed the following day (even in the rain). Any issues were dealt with and communication to myself was timely , the whole  team was friendly and professional and completed the job on time cleaning up as they went along so minimum impact on me.
The plasterers arrived on the third day and made great progress finishing on the Thursday where The electrician took over.
